Contact and project enquiries
If you use the contact form or message us another way, we keep the details you provide so we can reply and follow up. We do not sell this information. We do not share it with third parties except where needed to deliver the service (for example email hosting) or where the law requires it.
We keep enquiry records until you ask us to delete them, you withdraw consent where consent applies, or the purpose no longer applies — subject to any mandatory retention rules.
Digital fraud investigation enquiries
If you contact us about suspected digital fraud, you may share emails, screenshots, payment references, amounts, and a description of what happened. We use that solely to assess your enquiry, scope work, deliver findings, and communicate with you.
We treat these materials as confidential. We may retain investigation-related records as long as needed for the engagement, legal or insurance requirements, or to defend our rights. You may request deletion subject to mandatory retention rules.
Do not send passwords, full card numbers, or one-time codes through the website form. Prefer secure channels we agree with you after intake.
If you message us on WhatsApp, Meta’s terms and privacy practices also apply to that platform. We use WhatsApp messages only to respond to your enquiry and manage the conversation.

Your rights
